The Leadership Partnership of Rhode Island is comprised of a group of Rhode Island employers brought together by a common need for leadership development. We are funded by Real Jobs RI to offer professional development and support to leaders in our organizations.  We accomplish this with the help of the University of Rhode Island by offering multi-level leadership development training programs and mentoring opportunities.

The Advisory Board includes Toray Plastics, AstroNova, Taco Comfort Solutions, Dominion Diagnostics, Banneker Industries, Arnold Lumber, Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence, and the University of Rhode Island Office of Strategic Initiatives.
